Guarantee Capital will conduct a search to determine if your name is available. To do the search, we need the name that you want to search, and the type of business that you will be conducting. Results will be sent to you within 3-5 business days. If you need additional trademark services, such as registering your name, Guarantee Capital recommends you consult a trademark attorney or contact the U.S. Patent and Trademark Commission directly.
