Deluxe Corporate Kit - $80.00
Our Deluxe Corporate Kit provides you with a Corporate Seal (generally required by banks to open an account), 15 stock certificates with your Corporate name imprinted on them, a stock transfer ledger, a minute-book with a supply of minute-book paper, and sample for your minutes and bylaws.

Essential Corporate Handbook - $30.00
This nuts-and-bolts guide to incorporating is an excellent edition to the Deluxe Corporate Kit, or it can be purchased alone. The Essential Corporate Handbook explains the principles, rules, and documents crucial to proper corporate maintenance. This handy guide is designed to save you valuable time and money, and will help avoid legal pitfall.

S Corporation Tax Status Election - $25.00
If you would like to establish S Corporation tax status for your business, we will prepare the Election form (IRS Form 2553) and send it to you for your signature with your other incorporation documents.

Delaware Tax Advance Service - $160 (Corporations), $210 (LLCs)
Delaware Corporations are required to report and file Delaware Annual Franchise tax. This tax is due on March 1st for Corporations, and June 1st for LLCs. Failure to meet the deadlines will result in a $50 penalty for Corporations, and a $100 penalty for LLCs. With our Tax Advance Service, we guarantee that your Franchise Tax and Report are filed on time, or Guarantee Capital will pay your tax, filing fees, and penalty. The fee for the Tax Advance Service includes the first year of Delaware's minimum franchise tax and the first year's registered agent fee.

Executive Express Service - $60.00
Our Executive Express Service will ensure you meet important deadlines, such as opening a bank account or signing a contract. Your incorporation is handled on a priority basis, and your field documents delivered to you by overnight courier service- trimming days off of normal processing time. Our Executive Express Service is your best assurance that your document will arrive safely and on time.

Mail Service - $300.00 per year
Available in Delaware and Nevada, this service allows your to use Guarantee Capital's mailing address as your company address. Every Friday, we will forward to you all the mail that we have received for your corporation (if you expect only a small amount of mail, 15 pieces or less).

Fax Forwarding Service - $300.00 per year
Available in Delaware only, this service allows your to use Guarantee Capital's fax number as your company's fax number. When we receive a fax for your corporation, we will immediately fax it to you.

Common Delaware Phone Line - $400.00 per year
Your company will share a Delaware phone number with several other companies. Guarantee Capital's staff will answer all calls as an extension and will take messages that can be retrieved by calling our office.

Private Delaware Phone Line - $1,000.00 per year
If you would prefer your own private phone number, we can set that up. A live operator in the name of your company will answer your private line and take messages. You may call our office to retrieve your messages.
